Learn about the Macari philosophy, the art of fermentation, and taste recent vintages directly from tank, egg, and barrel. See how our wines from the 2017 vintage are developing and gain insight on what goes into crafting a finished wine. The afternoon will conclude in our new Private Barrel Cellar where current releases will be served alongside cheese, charcuterie, and small bites prepared by Chef Edward Macari.
