2016 Sauvignon Blanc Lifeforce
100% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented and aged in concrete egg shaped vessels. Concrete fermentation adds texture and complexity through the gradual oxygen exchange during and after fermentation. This wine exhibits flavors and aromas of melon and tropical fruits. It is medium-bodied with a long, complex finish.
