Join us for the first-ever Cab Franc Forward Dinner—a landmark evening celebrating the elegance, complexity, and future of Cabernet Franc in New York State. Featuring award-winning wineries, rare wines, and a four-course culinary experience by Chef David Kim, this exclusive event brings the heart of the Cab Franc movement to the Hudson Valley.
Cab Franc Forward (CFF) is a coalition of New York’s top wineries united in elevating Cabernet Franc as the state’s premier red varietal. Since its launch in February 2025—with a sold-out debut in NYC and coverage in Forbes and other leading wine publications—CFF has captured the attention of wine lovers nationwide.
Event Schedule:
- 6:30 PM – Cocktail Hour Begin your evening with a scenic cocktail hour on the Milea Estate patio, featuring a curated selection of wines from participating wineries. While Cabernet Franc takes center stage, you’ll also discover other exceptional New York wines that highlight the state’s diversity and terroir.
- 7:30 PM – Four-Course Dinner Four-course dinner crafted by Chef Kim, each course thoughtfully paired with different expressions of Cabernet Franc—from vibrant rosés to structured, age-worthy reds. The evening includes benchmark wines from each estate, along with rare and unreleased selections not available anywhere else.
