Save the date: Macari Wine Dinner At Blooming Hill Farm

We are thrilled to collaborate with Blooming Hill Farm to host a special one-night-only dinner in the Hudson Valley, featuring Macari wines presented by Winemaker Byron Elmendorf and paired with a menu by Executive Chef Christopher Grare. The intimate evening will spotlight the bounty of the state through seasonal flavors, homegrown ingredients, and locally produced wines highlighted by thoughtful conversation.
