Instructions to customize and add selections to your Macari Wine Club

View your shipment now by following the steps below:

  1. Visit our website (login at top right of screen) 
  2. Type password, click “FORGOT PASSWORD” or “Quickly Login with a Magic Link”
  3. Use the email associated with your membership to receive the reset password link that will be in your email.
  4. Explore your Wine Club Portal! Add wines, change your wine selections to meet your preferences prior to the process date. 

How to customize your quarterly wine selections? 

  1. Review your wine club tier price minimum 
  2. Add your wine choices to your cart before removing the wines you don’t want. 
  3. Once your selections are made, please be sure to click “SAVE SELECTIONS.” 

Shipping Members

I’ve received the email that I have been charged for my wine selection. When will I get my shipment? 

  • The wines will ship from the distribution center approximately three days after the process date. Pickup members can pick up at any time from the Mattituck tasting room. 

How will I receive my shipment? 

  • Your wines will be delivered via UPS. Currently our shipping prices are regulated by UPS. 

Do I need to be home to receive my wine shipment? 

  • Yes, federal law requires that an individual over 21 must sign for packages containing alcohol. UPS will make three delivery attempts before the package is returned to the distribution center. If you are unable to be at home during the delivery, we suggest using a UPS store near you for your Wine Club deliveries.

Pickup Members

Where can I pick up my wines? 

  • Pickup members can only pick up their wines from the Mattituck tasting room, available the first day of the customization period. 

What if my wines have been processed ‘to be picked up,’ but I need them shipped to me? 

  • Contact us at We would be happy to arrange for your wines to be shipped; standard ground shipping rates will apply.  

I can’t pick up my shipment right away, what do I do? 

  • Your wines will be held for pick up for two quarters (6 months). After 6 months, we will notify you before your wines are shipped. If you are not able to pick up your wines, please contact We would be happy to arrange for your wines to be shipped; standard ground shipping rates will apply
